Version Archive
Every version of a Tessera legal document stays available here after it is superseded.
This matters for a practical reason: a contract is only useful if both parties can establish which version was in force when. If you bought a ticket or signed up as an organiser under an earlier version, that version governs what you agreed to — not the current one. Our Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions both say changes do not apply retrospectively.
How versioning works
- Each document carries a version number and an effective date at the top.
- Material changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or through the platform.
- Changes never apply retrospectively to a ticket already bought or an event already on sale.
- Superseded versions are listed below and remain downloadable indefinitely.
